I'm a digital specialist working where people, business and technology meet. Today my focus is AI product design and AI translation: turning what the technology can do into products people want to use. That includes conversation experience design, shaping the interfaces we now talk to rather than click through.

Behind this is extensive experience with large, complex digital products and ecosystems across diverse industries. Having worked client-side, in consulting and in agencies, I'm at my best in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

What drives me is understanding what users, stakeholders and the business each need, then crafting data-driven strategies that create meaningful change.

  • BHP UX Lead for MineMate

    I lead UX and conversation experience design for MineMate, BHP's AI assistant for frontline workers, which has 12+ specialised agents and is scaling rapidly to beyond 50.

    Working with frontline teams and stakeholders across BMA and WAIO, I capture user needs in Jira and translate user needs into AI requirements to the technical team of data scientists, machine learning and data engineers, developers and solution architects, following each requirement through to release.
